Ontario Moving Company
Happy's Moving & Storage serves the whole province. We're based in Renfrew in the Ottawa Valley, and we run moves right across Ontario — Ottawa, Toronto, Kingston, Peterborough, London, Sudbury, North Bay and the towns in between — plus out-of-province runs into Quebec. One crew handles your move end to end, and the price we quote is the price you pay.

Province-wide reach, small-company accountability
Most companies that cover an area this size do it by handing your move off — a local crew loads, a line-haul driver takes it, another crew unloads, and nobody owns the whole thing. When something goes missing, you find out how little that chain wants to be responsible.
We keep it simple: our crew loads your home, drives it, and unloads it. One phone number the whole way, and the people who packed your grandmother's dresser are the ones who carry it back off.
Long-distance within Ontario, quoted flat
Ontario is big enough that a move across it is a real undertaking — Ottawa to Toronto is about 450 km, Ottawa to Sudbury further still. Hourly pricing on a haul like that hands you all the risk of traffic and weather.
We quote long-distance moves as a flat price agreed before the day. It covers the labour at both ends, the drive and the protection of your furniture. Packing, supplies and storage are optional add-ons, priced up front.
Everything a full-service mover should do
We're not a truck-and-two-guys operation. Residential and apartment moves, commercial and office relocations, packing and unpacking, boxes and supplies, secure short- and long-term storage, complete removal and cleanup, and compassionate estate and senior clearing — all under one roof.
That matters most when a job turns out to be more than one thing: a downsizing move that also needs half a house cleared and the rest put in storage, handled by one company instead of three.
The price-match promise
We will beat any reputable written quote for the same work. Send us the quote along with your addresses and dates and we'll come back under it.
Seniors and students get a discount on top of that — the two groups most likely to be moving on a fixed budget are the two we make it easier for.

Ontario moving FAQs
Do you really serve all of Ontario?
Yes. We are based in Renfrew and run moves across the province, from Ottawa and the Valley through Toronto, Kingston, Sudbury and beyond, plus out-of-province moves into Quebec. If you are not sure whether your route is one we run, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Is a long-distance move inside Ontario priced by the hour?
No. Long-distance moves are quoted as a flat price agreed before moving day, so traffic and weather are our problem rather than a bigger invoice for you.
What size of move are you equipped for?
Anything from a single-room apartment to a full family home or a commercial space. We are equipped for moves of any size — tell us what you have and we will plan the crew and the day around it.
Do you offer storage anywhere in the province?
We offer secure short- and long-term storage through our own facilities, which is most often used to bridge mismatched closing dates on a long-distance move. We load once, hold your things, and deliver when you have keys.
