Are you a local company or a franchise?
Local, and family-run. We are based at 775 Raglan St. S. in Renfrew, Ontario — the address is ours, not a registered office for a company headquartered somewhere else. Nothing on your invoice goes to a franchise.
Are you insured, and for how much?
Fully insured, with $2 million in coverage. Ask us to walk you through how it applies to your move before you book. It is a fair question to put to any mover, and how directly it gets answered tells you something.
What makes you different from the other movers I am calling?
Two honest things. We are actually based in Renfrew, so a Valley move does not start with an hour of billable driving from a city depot. And we do the difficult end of this work — estate and senior clearing — as a core service rather than an add-on, which shapes how the whole team is trained to behave in someone's home.
Do you do small jobs, or only full moves?
Both. A single room, a few heavy items, labour-only help when you have your own truck, or a whole household. Small jobs are welcome and we do not price them as if we resented them.
